Below you will find our primary Event Services Terms & Conditions, Purchase Order Terms & Conditions, and Service-Specific Terms & Conditions for the individual event services provided by KWB Entertainment Inc. and its affiliated brands and DBAs.
Your individual Event Services Agreement will identify the services being provided and the applicable payment arrangement. Depending upon the services included in your agreement, one or more of the Service-Specific Terms & Conditions listed below may also apply.
We encourage all clients to review the applicable Terms & Conditions before signing or electronically accepting an Event Services Agreement. If you have questions regarding which terms apply to your event, please contact KWB Entertainment Inc. before accepting your agreement.
Master Event Services Terms & Conditions
Every KWB Entertainment Inc. event agreement is generally governed by one of the following two master sets of terms, depending upon the Client’s payment and purchasing arrangement.
Standard Event Services Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to standard event bookings that are not being purchased through an approved Purchase Order arrangement. They address reservations, deposits, advance payment requirements, payment methods, cancellations, event changes, venue responsibilities, liability, electronic signatures, and other general terms applicable to KWB event services.
Purchase Order Event Services Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to approved organizations purchasing KWB event services through a Purchase Order or approved invoicing arrangement, including businesses, corporations, nonprofit organizations, schools, school districts, governmental agencies, municipalities, and other qualifying organizations.
These terms address Purchase Orders, approved billing arrangements, deposits when applicable, Net 30 payment terms, procurement requirements, and other provisions specific to PO clients.
Service-Specific Terms & Conditions
Certain KWB Entertainment Inc. services involve additional operating requirements, responsibilities, safety considerations, equipment requirements, or other conditions unique to that service.
When one of the services below is included in your Event Services Agreement, the corresponding Service-Specific Terms & Conditions are incorporated into your agreement together with the applicable master Event Services Terms & Conditions.
Casino Entertainment Services
Additional terms applicable to casino tables, dealers, casino equipment, chips, tournament services, casino-themed entertainment, guest conduct, equipment protection, rules of play, charitable gaming considerations, and related Casino Entertainment Services.
Photo Booth Services
Additional terms applicable to digital photographs, printed photographs, GIFs, boomerangs, AI-generated images, event galleries, digital image delivery, props, guest conduct, inappropriate content, internet-dependent features, and related Photo Booth Services.
DJ & MC Services
Additional terms applicable to disc jockey services, master of ceremonies services, music programming, guest requests, special songs, microphones, announcements, sound restrictions, event timelines, equipment, outdoor events, and related entertainment services.
Face Painting & Specialty Entertainment Services
Additional terms applicable to face painting, cosmetic-grade products, allergies and sensitivities, minors, parental responsibility, sanitation, guest conduct, outdoor events, participant safety, and related Specialty Entertainment Services.

Audio Visual & Production Services
Additional terms applicable to sound reinforcement, microphones, speakers, video displays, projectors, presentation equipment, technical operation, streaming, recording, internet connectivity, client-provided media, power requirements, and related AV and Production Services.
Equipment & Event Rental Services
Additional terms applicable to pipe and drape, televisions, displays, projectors, screens, speakers, lighting, furniture, event equipment, delivery and pickup, equipment security, damage or loss, outdoor use, client-operated equipment, and related rental services.
Which Terms Apply to My Event?
Your Event Services Agreement determines which Terms & Conditions apply to your booking.
In most cases:
- Clients paying under a standard event booking are subject to the Standard Event Services Terms & Conditions.
- Approved clients using a Purchase Order or approved invoicing arrangement are subject to the Purchase Order Event Services Terms & Conditions.
- Each service included in the Event Services Agreement may also be subject to its applicable Service-Specific Terms & Conditions.
- If your event includes multiple services, multiple Service-Specific Terms & Conditions may apply.
For example, an event that includes casino tables, a photo booth, and DJ services may be governed by the applicable master Event Services Terms & Conditions together with the Casino Entertainment, Photo Booth, and DJ & MC Services addendums.
